Privacy Policy

All information submitted to Juripax is strictly confidential, pursuant to the current provisions of the European Privacy Directive 2002/58/EC. The original version of the Privacy Directive is available at: http://ec.europa.eu/

All personal information is collected and retained only for the purposes of the specific case it relates to and will be destroyed at regular intervals, within a mutually agreed time span after the conclusion of the proceedings.

Data Security Assurance

• Juripax system is a dedicated web-based application that works independently;
• The entire website is protected by name and password;
• The secure areas of Juripax are protected by a 256-bit SSL certificate. Servers are housed in a 24-hour alarmed and monitored data centre and are only accessible using a proximity card;
• Servers are protected by reliable firewall software, which is kept up to date and monitored on an ongoing basis. For reliability, there are multiple servers that ensure little if any service interruption in the event of hardware failure; 
• At the user's option, communications via the discussion forum can be encrypted for enhanced security
