Licensing and Pricing

Juripax’ ODR system is provided as a licensed service, enabling services providers to create and deliver any kind of service offering, entirely on demand and without the inefficiencies of having to develop, deploy or invest in software. A license gives licensees the right to use Juripax products and services whereas the proprietary and intellectual property rights remain with Juripax.

Business entities and private users can obtain the right to use the Juripax web-based system under license or, if desired, use their own version of the platform uniquely branded with their name to provide their own dispute-resolution services.

Case fees for E-Mediation and E-Complaint Suites

Juripax’ fees include any applicable sales taxes (value-added taxes etc.) but – if these apply – exclude board, lodging and travelling expenses and rental fees for accommodation.

Juripax reserves the right to prospectively change the fees and terms at any time and - if applicable - in accordance with currency fluctuations.

New fees and terms will become effective immediately upon posting of the amended terms and conditions on the Juripax website or upon written notification of such amendment.
