Complaint Handling - How it works

How does it work?

Online grievance and complaint handling has never been easier, more cost effective or more efficient. Getting started with the Juripax E-Complaint Suite couldn't be simpler.

1. Create your Juripax “E-Complaint Suite”

HowItWorks
Once registered, Juripax will set up the Juripax E-Complaint Suite and send a link with the secure codes to access the “file a complaint” module.

2. Invite the complainant

Log into the online back-office system, set up the filing party and invite him/her to fill out the claims questionnaire. The system gives the complainant the opportunity to describe the events, provide his/her view on the dispute and explain his/her position and (underlying) interests.

3. Facilitate the negotiations between parties

Howitworks2
Even users who are novices in the use of Internet technology can quickly use the Juripax E- Complaint Suite with its integrated discussion-room and conference facility, to exchange information, explore issues, discuss ideas and resolve disagreements online.

4. Close the case or intervene in the negotiations between parties

Once participants have come to settlement (or partial settlement), they may jointly draft the agreement.

If no agreement can be reached, intervention by a third party can be requested.

“The Juripax platform allows us to considerably streamline our mediation services whilst creating benefits for our clients - all without the additional expense and hassles of having to invest in and deploy software”

- Felix Merks, CEO Result ADR, The Netherlands

“All of the ODR systems showcased in Liverpool were around 4 years behind the curve of current developments in technology. Juripax was the most interesting, and most in tune with tenets of intercultural negotiations and new media.”

- Sanja Hattotuwa, Infoshare

“As far as I know, Juripax is the only ODR system in the world today which uses emoticons (not just in the body text, but rendered as emoticons) in facilitating dispute resolution, and its UI definitely makes it one of the more user-friendly ODR solutions currently available.”

“Several new providers have cropped up including Juripax.com, one of the most advanced cross-language platforms”

- Debora Miller Moore, Vice President of eCommerce at the American Arbitration Association and Colin Rule, Director Online Dispute Resolution at Paypal.com and eBay.com
