Juripax’ E-Complaint Suite can facilitate, or in part substitute for, the complaint-handling processes of a wide variety of business and organizations.
Firstly the E-Complaint Suite is ideally suited to facilitate any type of direct negotiation, such as in the following relationships:
- Online buyers and sellers when they come into conflict about a cyberspace-borne transaction;
- Services providers and their customers (such as public-utility providers, telecommunication companies, online merchants, travel & aviation companies);
- Governmental institutions or agencies and citizens.
Legal-protection insurers, legal-aid providers or insurance companies can also use Juripax’ E-Complaint Suite to enhance the effectiveness of the handling of (potential) insurance claims or disputes and to manage these more efficiently, at considerably lower cost and with shorter processing times.
Other users are industry-sector organizations and dispute-complaint boards (that offer independent services to affiliated members) which, upon request, may intervene in conflicts between their members and clients. Similarly, national ombudsman institutions use the tool to facilitate disagreements between governmental institutions and private citizens.
Note: Generally, these organizations offer a two-tier service in 1) facilitating the handling of complaints and – if disputes cannot be prevented – 2) to assist parties to effectively resolve these.
